Overview
The Trieste Marathon is back again this year, preparing to welcome more than 5,000 participants along a stunning 21-kilometre route that will start from Duino Castle and then pass through Miramare Castle, before heading along the coastal road and arriving on Unità d'Italia Square.
Also returning is the Family Run, dear to the hearts of the Trieste locals, with its traditional 7-kilometre route from Duino Castle to Unità d'Italia Square. It is a joyous competition to share with family and friends that is open to people of all ages and promotes inclusion and sports education.
The Trieste Spring Young, meanwhile, is dedicated to young runners, who can get involved in an event designed specifically for them that will take place in the charming setting of Piazza Unità.
