A feast for the eyes, taste buds and soul as you wander through the charming streets of the historic centre alternating between creations from guest chefs, artists and nougat producers from all over Italy sharing the sweet symbol of the city.
Don't miss the historical re-enactment of the marriage between Bianca Maria Visconti and Francesco Sforza, the much awaited finale show choreographed with scenographic effects, tastings, guided tours and themed workshops for all.
Discover all the secrets of making nougat: within the charm of historical building the Loggia dei Militi you can see how Nougat is created and learn the stages of production with a Master ‘Torronaio’ nougat maker.
The surprises don’t end there: the novelty event this year is the ‘Aperitorrone’ with several bartenders who will compete in the creation of innovative combinations of cocktails and nougat flakes for a true explosion of flavours.
