Italia.it is the official portal of Italian tourism, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism with the aim of enhancing and promoting Italy’s tourism offer both nationally and internationally, and of making it easier for visitors to plan a trip to Italy.

These channels are public spaces dedicated to sharing information, listening, and engaging in dialogue with citizens, tourism professionals, and institutions.
The advertising spaces within these platforms are not controlled or managed by Italia.it, but by the platforms themselves.
Management and Moderation
Everyone is welcome to participate, engage, and freely express their opinions on Italia.it’s social media pages, but some fundamental rules must be respected:
- Express opinions in a civil, respectful, and relevant manner;
- Avoid insults, offensive language, threats, or discriminatory or defamatory content;
- Do not share personal data (your own or others’);
- Do not promote illegal activities, private interests, obscene content, or unauthorized advertising;
- Do not violate copyright or use registered trademarks without authorization.
Comments that do not comply with these rules will be removed. In particular, the following are not allowed:
- Vulgar, violent, or offensive content;
- Political or propagandistic messages;
- Discriminatory content based on gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other reasons;
- Spam or promotion of private interests.
Additionally, the following may be moderated and possibly removed:
- Off-topic comments, i.e., unrelated to the content shared by Italia.it;
- Comments/posts that intentionally disrupt the conversation and interaction among users (trolling, flame wars).
User Responsibility
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in Italia.it blocking your account to prevent further participation,
and reporting your profile to the platform administrators and, if necessary, to law enforcement authorities.
