Ferrara Food Festival

The Ferrara Food Festival, the event that celebrates Ferrara's culinary excellence, returns for its fifth edition from 30 October to 1 November 2026.

Following the success of previous years, the event dedicated to typical products from the Ferrara area, along with a selection of specialities from other Italian regions, is returning to the historic centre of the Estense capital.

In Piazza Trento Trieste, visitors will be able to discover and purchase the very best of the region's traditional produce, while Piazza Castello and Piazza Savonarola will feature the finest traditional products from across Italy.

The events area in Piazza Municipale will host big names from the world of haute cuisine and beyond, with show cooking, culinary challenges and guided tastings, as well as masterclasses, talks, interviews and award ceremonies – all free events for visitors and food enthusiasts.

Throughout the three days of the event, Ferrara’s city centre will come alive with shows, historical re-enactments, street and touring artists, musical performances and themed installations.

The Ferrara Food Festival will be an unmissable opportunity for producers to promote and showcase their products in the welcoming atmosphere of the city of Ferrara, which has always been able to attract a huge audience, drawn both by its extensive cultural offerings and by the quality of its local food and wine.
