Overview
From October 9 to 19, Autumnus returns to the historic center of Trento — a journey through the flavors of the Trentino region.
An event organized by the Pro Loco of Trento to showcase and promote the area’s food and wine excellence. Hundreds of local producers will present their products through tastings, talks, workshops, and cooking shows. The goal is to rediscover the roots and traditions behind the symbolic products of this land.
Autumnus will host events throughout Trento’s historic center. Here are some highlights:
Piazza del Duomo, elegant and rich in history, will feature workshops for schools, science demonstrations for families, exhibitions, storytelling sessions, and talk shows.
Piazza Cesare Battisti will transform into a true pop-up restaurant with a global flair. Six world-renowned chefs from France and Switzerland will reinterpret Trentino’s raw ingredients with a cosmopolitan and innovative twist.
Two towers will set the stage for the winning combination of Trento DOC and Trentino’s cultural heritage. In addition to the ever-popular Torre Civica, the event will also open the Torre del Massarello in Piazza Garzetti and the Torre della Tromba on Via Cavour. These towers will host guided tours led by a museum guide and a sommelier, offering tastings of Trentino’s sparkling wines and craft beers while enjoying panoramic views of the city.
Imagine strolling through the Renaissance halls of Castello del Buonconsiglio, savoring gourmet dishes paired with Trentino’s finest wines. "Stelle al Castello" (“Stars at the Castle”) is one of Autumnus’s most beloved events — an exclusive occasion featuring internationally acclaimed chefs.
