On 30 May 2026 , the fifth edition of the bike ride will set off from Parma and follow the permanent route of the Food Valley Cycle Path to Busseto, passing through numerous excellent refreshment points set up in picturesque locations.

Most of the route follows traffic-free paths or minor roads, with no technical difficulties or significant elevation gains, except for a few short sections of dirt roads.

Due formule:

INGORDA (85 km), from Parma to Busseto, with 10 culinary stops.
MEZZA INGORDA (40 km), from Parma to Colorno, with 6 culinary stops.

From Busseto, a coach return service to Parma with bike transport is available.
If conditions on the Po allow, there will also be the option of returning on a guided cruise along the Po River.
