Overview
An Argentinian’s dream in Italy’s Motor Valley
The Horacio Pagani Museum takes visitors on a journey through the history of Pagani Automobili, discovering the brand’s legendary cars through sketches, unpublished designs and the production process.
The collection shows the first Zonda cars from 1998, as well as iconic models, such as the Zonda Cinque and Zonda R. The tour also tells the story of Horacio who, since his youth in Argentina, always believed in his dreams, overcoming all obstacles that stood in his way to make them come true. In 1983 he left his country for Italy’s Motor Valley, where he learned to design and build his cars.
The first supercar was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 1999. Only a year earlier he had founded Pagani Automobili in San Cesario sul Panaro, near Modena. He took inspiration from Leonardo da Vinci, who believed art and science are interconnected disciplines that modern design must fuse together again, as in the Renaissance.
When you visit the museum, you will discover historic models, scale models, drawings, plans and the factory where Horacio Pagani’s vision takes shape and the magnificent racing cars are built and tuned.
