La Brasserie du Bon Bec

Overview

La Brasserie du Bon Bec

A small bistro where every detail is a thoughtful touch, from the pewter chargers to the dried flower arrangements and from the waiting staff dressed in typical local garb to the traditional Aosta Valley dishes. Tried and tested menu options are the stars of the show, such as Valdostana-style polenta, pierrade (stone-seared meat) and, finally, the unmissable "grolla", the typical Aosta Valley coffee served in a wooden cup with added grappa, lemon zest and sugar. Also not to be missed are the snails and the fondues, served in traditional copper sets, including the chocolate fondue with seasonal fruits and pastries for dipping.
