Panizzi

Overview

The Panizzi brothers are in the business of transforming the fresh milk from the Valdostan cows that graze at the foot of Europe's highest mountains into valuable dairy products. Their three shops around the region sell products ranging from artisanal yoghurts (produced in a variety of flavours, from low-fat to whole yoghurt, strawberry, hazelnut, cereal, pistachio and many others) and cheeses made from cow's or goat's milk. Other products include classic and alpine fontina cheese, Italian cured meats, fondue, preserves and a selection of cheeses from the neighbouring areas of Haute Savoie and Switzerland.
