The Università del Gusto was founded from a project by Confcommercio Vicenza. The facility located in Creazzo is used to train new professionals for the catering world. The numerous courses on offer, ranging from cooking to pastry and ice cream making, from Bar & Wine to Room Service, have a very high quality ensured by the teachers, who are characterised by a high level of expertise and the ability to pass on their knowledge with passion and effectiveness.
