Gucci’s Concept Store meets Florentine history
In the historic Palazzo della Mercanzia in Florence, the Gucci Garden is a multifunctional complex created by the eponymous fashion house. Opened in 2018, it is the brainchild of former artistic director Alessandro Michele.
The space houses the Gucci Osteria restaurant, run by restaurateur Massimo Bottura, who boasts three Michelin stars, and the Gucci Garden Galleria exhibition area, curated by critic Maria Luisa Frisa. The Concept Store represents the perfect union of beauty, elegance and Gucci style. That is why, when visiting Florence, you simply must stop by the Palazzo della Mercanzia.
Don’t miss the section devoted to the “garden of archetypes”, an immersive, multi-sensory space dedicated to the history of the brand and its marketing campaigns.
