Overview
Launched in 2002 in Polignano a Mare in Apulia by the Artes cultural association, Il Libro Possibile aims to bring culture into Italian squares, making it accessible to everyone.
Building on the Mediterranean tradition of cohabitation and integration of different cultures, the Festival brings together the most diverse displays of knowledge and society—Nobel Prize and Pulitzer Prize winners, entrepreneurs, scientists, magistrates, journalists, institutional representatives, athletes, actors, artists and television personalities—providing multiple angles from which to observe reality.
The topics and content are carefully chosen to intercept and interpret new cultural and social phenomena by encouraging reflection, discussion and the active participation of individuals in the life of the Italian and international community.
These jam-packed days of culture and tourism featuring distinguished representatives of the Italian and international cultural scene run from afternoon to late evening.
It is a unique event that will once again welcome a large and diverse audience. Numerous events will take place among the beautiful scenery of the two fabulous towns on the Apulian coast: Polignano a Mare and Vieste.
