The celebrations continue in Ferrara!
A milestone that is also a new beginning: in 2025, Ferrara celebrates 30 years since the international recognition that consecrated it among the wonders of the world. It was 1995 when the historic center of the city was included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites for its extraordinary Renaissance urban identity, designed on a human scale and still vibrant and intact today.
In 1999, the recognition was extended to the Po Delta landscape and the Este Delights, residences set in the countryside, an expression of the harmony between nature and culture envisioned by the Este. Since then, Ferrara has never ceased to preserve and enhance its heritage, making it a driver of beauty, creativity, and innovation.
