CLASSIC ATMOSPHERE - Aurora is a family-run restaurant in Milan, with a traditional and welcoming atmosphere where wood dominates, embellished with retro details.
FROM THE KITCHEN - The cuisine is also traditional, with many classic dishes (porcini or artichoke salad, fried pumpkin flowers, spring roastbeef) and typical Lombard dishes (tripe, ossobuco, cassoeula, cutlet, tuna veal) and not only (pasta and beans Venetian, Florentine grilled, Hungarian goulash, Venetian cod), prepared with care and attention to quality. You will find fresh fish: from appetizers such as mussel soup, grilled scallops, first courses sword carpaccio such as risotto with cuttlefish, spaghetti with cartoccio, lobster linguine or spaghetti with clams and bottarga...the second courses of fish vary day by day depending on what the market offers: you can find baked turbot, tuna, anglerfish, fried fish or mixture of grilled fish, sea bream and sea bass grilled or salt.
And NOT ONLY that - To this are added over fifty types of pizzas, focaccia and trousers (cooked strictly in a wood oven), homemade desserts and a good choice of wines.
