ATMOSFERA CHIC - Designed by prestigious Milanese architects in collaboration with a team of young Chinese designers, Conch is a Japanese restaurant with a modern and metropolitan face. The main room of the restaurant is decorated with elegant gold-colored upholstery and innovative wood cladding.

on THE PLATE - There are many original combinations on the menu, but the real specialty of the house is the butterfly uramaki, with tempura prawns, crispy eel and avocado, served with a playful butterfly-shaped mise en place. The sea bass-based volcano roll is also spectacular, while the "signature dish" is the uramaki Conch, with salmon and eel.

IN THE GLASS - Small but well cared for is the selection of wines, being able to choose between valid South Tyrolean, Friulian and Sicilian whites, Franciacorta bubbles and Champagne of the most famous labels.
