Grand Hotel Rimini

Overview

In the footsteps of Fellini’s Amarcord

Just a few steps from the promenade is the Grand Hotel Rimini. This charming, five-star historic residence has featured in scenes from Fellini’s film Amarcord, which described the hotel as “a fairy tale of richness, luxury and oriental splendour”. Upon arrival, you are immediately struck by the grandeur of the Art Nouveau façade, while inside, it is furnished with authentic 18th-century Venetian and French pieces, including Murano chandeliers and precious marble.

Surrounded by a majestic 4,500-square-metre park, the hotel boasts one of the largest beaches on the Adriatic Riviera, covering a total area of over 15,000 square metres. Parasols are spaced out across the beach to ensure maximum privacy and children have their own dedicated pool and a shaded mini-club area.

Chef Claudio Di Bernardo of the “La Dolce Vita” restaurant offers fantastic signature cuisine that enhances the unique aspects of local products from the “Fattoria Batani” family farm, in combination with products from the international market. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners on the panoramic terrace.

To indulge in absolute relaxation and self-care, be sure to visit the Dolce Vita Spa, where you can enjoy pool areas and personalised skincare and massage treatments.
