Pastificio Gabriella

Overview

At this pasta factory, everything originates from fresh, home-made pasta: from kamut pasta to spelt pasta, through puff pastry and durum wheat semolina pasta, there is something for every taste. It also offers typical cheeses, local culinary products as well as ready-made first and second courses, such as polenta, crespelle, Valpellinentze soup and much more. The staff is always ready to advise customers, both on the most suitable pasta to make a specific recipe and on ready-made dishes. Not to be missed is the apple pie, a real institution in Courmayeur.
