Brasserie La Sapinière

Overview

A cosy and intimate restaurant, furnished in antique wood and characterised by a hospitable atmosphere guaranteed by the careful management of the Cavaliere family. Dishes are made with selected local products. The restaurant's culinary offer is based on the right balance between tradition and innovation, creatively reinterpreting typical Valdostan products. Don't miss the 'social dishes' proposal: there is a selection of dishes designed to be shared, such as raclette or fondue royale.
