Overview
Among the ancient buildings of the historic centre, this restaurant with a cocktail bar and liqueur workshop has a convivial and refined atmosphere. Its surprising dishes are put together with a flourish and offer traditional yet innovative Salento cuisine, made with skill and a deep understanding of the ingredients. The à la carte or tasting menus include ravioli stuffed with carrots, sour cream and fennel, chunky spaghetti with Cetara anchovy sauce, pistachios and candied lemon, and pork ribs with barbecue sauce, green beans and ricotta forte cheese, all accompanied by a great selection of wines and spirits. The desserts include "anarchia di cioccolato" (chocolate anarchy), an original and creative composition akin to an abstract artwork created by the chef at your table.
