Overview
A pudding cooked in a bain-marie, the old-fashioned kind, gives its name to this restaurant which, despite the changing tastes, has always offered good local cuisine. Respect for the seasonality and quality of products is the foundation: puff pastry basket filled with pumpkin with fondue, frèt macaron with sausage ragout, rolled rabbit with thyme, hazelnut mousse with melted chocolate.
