REFINEMENT - In the southern part of the city of Milan, a few kilometers from the historic center of the city, there is the restaurant Gli Orti del Belvedere. RECOMMENDED - Definitely not to miss the bluefin tuna millefeuille, the velvety mantuan pumpkin, the orecchiette of the Apulian tradition with stewed datterino and strong ricotta with crispy basil leaf, as well as the sea bass trancetto.
