Its history begins in 2018 with the opening of Monkey in the City, the first Cuban restaurant in Italy with a fresh and contemporary imprint, today with Batey the adventure continues.. Batey Cevicheria Urbana is inspired by Nikkei cuisine, the history of Ceviche in a contemporary reinterpretation with the addition of the best Italian and international products.
