BOILED - As the name suggests, the house specialty is boiled, prepared with all the most succulent cuts of meat and with the best sauces: from horseradish to tasty mustard, but also the Piedmontese green bath, a tasty dough based on bread crumbs, anchovies, vinegar, garlic and olive oil.
And NOT ONLY that - for those who do not particularly like the "Less", the kitchen is ready to serve tasty soups and pastas such as pisarei and pontremoli heads. Then there are valid alternative proposals, always quite traditional, such as braised, tripe and ham crushed bread.
