San Vito Vineyard

Overview

Federico Orsi's farm produces wine, but over time has diversified with a vegetable garden and a small herd of Mora Romagnola pigs, with a view to becoming a complete closed-cycle business. The wines are typical of the area, naturally fermented, unfiltered and unclarified, from vineyards with biodynamic and sustainable cultivation methods.
