A real institution since 1964, this bakery made a name for itself in the area after reinventing the town's signature dessert: crema di cogne (Cogne cream). Besides this, there are plenty of other local and regional delicacies to buy and enjoy, such as mécoulin sweet bread and cogneins biscuits.
