Overview
San Lorenzo, while maintaining its main purpose as a Christian basilica and therefore a place of worship and parish seat, has been turned into a museum, allowing visits at certain times with a ticket. This solution makes it possible to preserve the works of art contained within while respecting the sacred character of the monument.
