Born in 1975, this celebration – whose name in the Salento dialect means “Wine Festival” – is much more than a food and wine event: it’s a journey through popular culture, music, authentic flavors, and a deep sense of identity. For three days, Carpignano Salentino, a beautiful village in Grecìa Salentina, turns into an open-air stage where tradition meets innovation, memory blends with the future, and sustainability goes hand in hand with community.
