From Mo.Sto you eat as if you were in a garden, or on the flowery railing of an old house in Milan. For us in the first place there is the quality and origin of the products we use as well as the care for each combination.
Our pasta is handmade as well as our bread. The fish arrive every day directly from the market. Fruit and vegetables from the national supply chain. We make the wine a few kilometers from here in San Colombano.
Everything is done with care in the recovery of tradition and in the search for contemporaneity.
