Overview
Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club
Of very ancient origins, Tenno is dominated by the crenellated castle, perched on top of a cliff. In the historic center, by wandering through portals and sacred frescoes, you arrive at the Church of San Lorenzo, dating back to the High Middle Ages.
Also worth seeing is the Canale district, a medieval village of stone houses, home to the House of Artists, which brings together artists and serves as a cultural hub. The Lake of Tenno, with its emerald waters and located in an unspoiled setting, is also worth a visit.
At the table, try the carne salada, while among the events we highlight “Rustico Medioevo” in August, featuring markets, festivals, music, and traditional cuisine.
