Overview
In the rolling hills of the Maremma
Surrounded by the Maremma countryside, the Casale Poggio Nebbia agriturismo is an accommodation facility in Tarquinia, 40 minutes from Fiumicino. In the larger building, once used as a tool shed, there are seven double rooms, each named after a fruit and with access to a large outside porch with table and sofas, and overlooking the surrounding park.
Among the highlights is breakfast, which is served in the dining room with a panoramic view of the hills: there are homemade tarts and biscuits, fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt and a wide selection of jams.
The relaxation area is set up around the outdoor pool, surrounded by large flowering bushes and ample green space, and furnished with tables and deckchairs. In summer, you can marvel at the flight of the Gruccioni, magnificent birds with multicoloured plumage. You can buy some local foodstuffs such as pasta, tomato paste, oil, wine and honey. There are a variety of activities on site, such as mountain biking, horse riding, climbing, birdwatching and nature photography.
