Campo Felice

Overview

Entertainment for all in central Italy

At the foot of Mount Velino in Abruzzo, Campo Felice is among the most popular sites in central Italy for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts.
Renowned for its unique basin shape, surrounded by 2,000-metre-high mountains, this destination offers a variety of slopes suitable for all levels of experience and all ages.
Thanks to its unique location, this ski resort is one of the few that allows you to walk from one side of the mountain to the other on foot: from Campo Felice, you can easily reach Rocca di Mezzo.

Covered in snow for most of the winter season, Campo Felice is also a fantastic place to visit during the warmer months. You can enjoy numerous excursions through the countryside, both on foot and by horse.
Or you can take the chairlift to Chalet del Bosco and hike the path to the summit of Monte Rotondo, at an altitude of 2,064 metres above sea level. From here, you can enjoy breath-taking panoramic views. On clear days, the highest peaks of the Abruzzo Apennines are visible. If you prefer to travel on two wheels, you can rent a bike and ride the trails in the Bike Park.
