Siniscola

Overview

Between Mount Albo and the sea rises Siniscola, an important town of the northern Baronies. The heart of the village, around which the town has developed, is the 18th-century parish church, which houses valuable frescoes and wooden statues by local artists, while in the countryside surrounding the town are numerous nuraghi and tombs of the giants. History, art, but also the sea: from the centre to the coast it is a short distance to La Caletta, a pretty marina with a sandy beach overlooking the enchanting Sardinian sea. The crystal-clear water, the dunes, the wealth of flora and fauna, the footpaths, the proximity of the sea and the mountains that look at each other in a continuous dance, all this makes the territory of Siniscola a splendid place, with nature that enchants.
