Il Museo Nivola, inaugurato nel 1995, è situato a sud-est di Orani, su una collina chiamata Su Cantaru, ovvero La Fontana. Il complesso ha una vista suggestiva sul paese e sul suo territorio. Attualmente l’edificio ricopre cinque ambienti: gli spazi esterni, un antico lavatoio trasformato in area espositiva, degli uffici di servizio, un padiglione edificato nel 2004 che funge inoltre da area d’accesso al Parco Nivola, inaugurato nel settembre del 2009.
