Overview
The restaurant owned by the Robaldo family, who have been running it since 1902, is set in the tranquillity of woods, hazel groves and meadows. Originally an inn, today it is a must for cheese connoisseurs and enthusiasts: the cheese trolley offers around 25 varieties, selected according to season from goats, cows and sheep. Two intimate, cosy rooms are waiting for you to enjoy typical Piedmontese specialities, with hand-rolled pastas.
