The hiking route from the hermitage of Sant'Egidio in Frosolone to the Geosito della Cundra, passing over the summit of the Montagnola Molisana, is an easy itinerary. It's suitable for everyone, adults and children alike. It is a five-and-a-half-hour walk through the enchanting mountain landscape, full of oddly shaped rocks, that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

From the historic centre of Pesche, the charming nativity village in the heart of Molise with its small houses embedded in the rock, you will reach the most remote parts of the reserve, discovering the secrets hidden in the Pesche landscape. No need to worry, you will be assisted by expert guides, who will offer e-bike routes of various types, depending on your needs, but only suitable from 14 years of age and above, and therefore not recommended for children.

For thrill-seekers, we recommend another type of experience, which is certainly more extreme: a paragliding flight at Campitello Matese.

On Molise's highest peaks, you will find yourself immersed in a natural spectacle of incomparable beauty. From above, you can admire scenery featuring beech, chestnut, turkey oak and downy oak forests, interspersed with wide, flat expanses.
