From 31 July to 9 August 2026 Senigallia comes alive again to the rhythm of the Summer Jamboree, the international festival dedicated to American music and culture of the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s.
For ten days, the city in the Marche region changes its atmosphere: squares, streets, the seafront and symbolic sites in the historic centre are transformed into a vast open-air stage, with live concerts, DJ sets, swing dancing, vintage cars, vintage markets, shows and events with a sea view.
The 26th edition will open with the Prefestival on 31 July, and then get into full swing from 1 to 9 August. The musical heart of the event will be spread throughout the city: Piazza Garibaldi will host the Main Stage with the big concerts, while the different souls of the festival will take shape between Piazza del Duca, Rocca Roveresca, Piazza Roma, Piazza Simoncelli, the Rotonda a Mare and the Levante and Ponente promenades.
The Summer Jamboree is not just an event to watch, but an experience to be lived. Here, the audience becomes part of the party, with social dance, Record Hop, jam sessions, lessons and workshops dedicated to Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie, Balboa, Jive and other swing styles. In 2026, the Dance Camp, scheduled from 1 to 8 August, will once again offer days dedicated to dancing with teachers from the international scene.
Alongside the music, the festival will bring the charm of the vintage world to the city: period clothes and accessories, records, collectibles, a barber shop, street food, open-air burlesque, activities for families and the colourful universe of pre-1969 American cars, including chrome, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Buicks and other iconic models.
With swing, rock'n'roll, the sea and a retro atmosphere, the Summer Jamboree confirms Senigallia as one of the European capitals of vintage culture and one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the Italian summer.
