Overview

THE LOCATION - The structure that houses the restaurant El Primero is spectacular, being the pavilion that represented Uruguay at Expo 2015. The restaurant, modern and well-kept, is located in Origgio, in the province of Varese.

The CUISINE - The culinary proposal is focused on the South American food and wine tradition, and in particular on the Uruguayan one. The dishes proposed are mainly meat-based, from which you can choose the cut that is cooked at the moment.
