Overview
Small and diverse Romagna emporium
In the historical centre of Forlimpopoli, a municipality on the Romagna plain, stands the Casa Artusi gastronomic culture centre, the first dedicated to domestic Italian cuisine. The building, created from the renovation of the monumental complex of the Chiesa dei Servi, is divided into various areas, including the Bottega.
Inside the small emporium of Casa Artusi you will find various products, from traditional working tools to local raw materials, as well as books and cookery manuals. Aprons, cloths, rolling pins, garganelli pasta boards with recipes, pasta cutting wheels, thermal carrier bags, cutlery sets and cutlery holders. The choice is indeed wide and varied.
There are also plenty of customised courses: at the Bottega, you can, in fact, take practical lessons and participate, at fully equipped individual stations, in lessons that are taught by a master chef, ready to guide the students, step by step, in creating their own dishes. Whether it is the preparation of fresh pasta, breads or cakes from Romagna, or a tailor-made course, there is something for everyone.
