Overview
The hamlet of Clusio, on the edge of the western slope of the Venosta Valley, is part of the municipality of Malles Venosta. Emerging from the winding pathways and crop fields is Englhorn, a dairy that makes and sells fresh and seasoned cows' milk cheeses. The farm also grows organic wheat and grains.
