Overview

High quality fish dishes are the basis of Danilo Bei's cuisine, which does not offer fixed recipes but varies the menu seasonally depending on the availability of raw materials. Worth mentioning are the spaghettone with seafood, the good fried fish, the delicious cuttlefish with homemade giardiniera and the scallop ravioli in fennel sauce.
