Overview

Snow-covered slopes and fun for all

From extreme downhill skiing to relaxation to family-friendly snow playgrounds, Bormio Ski in Valtellina offers something for everyone, with ski lifts that carry you up to 3,000 metres to enjoy the most fascinating Alpine landscape.

Do you love flying down the most daring freeride slopes? Bormio offers 17 slopes for both experienced and novice skiers. The most adrenalin-pumping is the high-altitude slope from Valbella-Bormio 3000 to Bormio 2000-Pian dei Larici. Meanwhile, the Stelvio slope is considered one of the most spectacular in the world, so much so that it regularly hosts the World Cup downhill race. There are also 14 ski lifts, a snow park and 2 funslopes.

In Bormio, you can ski at night-time under a star-studded sky along the illuminated Stelvio slope. As you descend, you can admire views of the village below, lit up with a thousand lights. Early risers can enjoy a sunrise descent on the still pristine blanket of snow. You can start the day with a hearty breakfast admiring the sunrise from an altitude of 3,000 metres before setting off down the slope as the sun tinges the snow beautiful shades of pink.
