RECOMMENDED to try are our Fondue: La Chinoise with 5 different types of meat to cook at the table boiling broth accompanied by different types of sauces and vegetables as a side dish. Bourguignonne: in this case the meat is cooked in La Fondue di Formaggio seed oil: the cheese is melted in a saucepan and is savoured by dipping soft slices of bread.
