Overview
The Historical Museum and Park of Miramare Castle in Trieste presents the exhibition ‘Naturae. Ambienti di arte contemporanea’, which explores the theme of nature and its deep connection with the human being.
The exhibition runs from 6 December 2024 to 9 November 2025. Over fifty works by eighteen contemporary artists of different generations and geographical origins: Rebecca Horn, Hermann Nitsch, Marina Abramovic, Mimmo Paladino, Pietro Ruffo, José Angelino, Serse Roma, Marta Roberti, Simone Berti, Gianni Caravaggio, Elisabetta Di Maggio, Christiane Löhr, Jan Fabre, Sophie Ko, Luca Trevisani, Macoto Murayama, Liu Bolin, Bianco-Valente.
The exhibition project addresses the complexity of nature and the man who investigates it, in a multiplicity of meanings and themes: the presence of man in the landscape, the relationship with the body, with time, with the beauty of natural forms and with physical laws.
