Join a food tour with your guide in Venice. Start in the Cannaregio neighborhood. As you walk, your guide will share its history and suggest other places to visit.

Begin with food tastings such as baccalà mantecato, gamberi in saor, and a meat polpetta, served with a glass of Chardonnay.

Then cross the Grand Canal on a traghetto gondola and continue to the Rialto area.

In Rialto, stop at an eatery to try seafood sourced from the nearby market. Dishes may include squid ink risotto, fried seafood, polenta with seafood, or tuna with vegetables, served with Prosecco.

Visit local bars to learn about cicchetti. Try a tramezzino and a Venetian Spritz at one stop. Taste baccalà prepared in two different ways at another stop.

Continue to try meat, cheese, and dishes such as lasagna, risotto, or pasta, served with Bardolino wine.

End with tiramisu and a glass of Marzemino wine. Finish at Campo San Bortolomio. Your guide can suggest places to visit next or help with directions.
