Overview
Among the vineyards from which the grapes of Moscato d'Asti and Asti Spumante are grown, a farmstead houses a family-run restaurant. You come here to discover the flavours of Langhe cuisine, and Piedmontese cuisine in general, opting for the tasting menu or choosing from à la carte dishes. However, all the proposals follow the seasonality of the products, and this is mainly local. Think of knife-beaten raw meat, square ravioli filled with pumpkin with parmesan and amaretti, and veal stew with Barbera. An inviting list of desserts.
