Entertainment in the “Conca” area
Prato Nevoso is a pretty holiday resort in the beautiful setting of the Ligurian Alps, in the province of Cuneo. At an altitude of 1,500 metres, in the municipality of Frabosa Sottana, it is easily accessible in just over an hour's drive from the main towns of Piedmont and Liguria. It is suitable for everyone, from inexperienced guests to sports enthusiasts, from families with children to young adults.
Together with the resorts of Artesina and Frabosa Soprana, Prato Nevoso forms the largest ski area in the province of Cuneo: Mondolè Ski. Renamed Conca, it is equipped with 12 ski lifts including surface lifts, 16 slopes, an 80,000-square-metre snow park, four ski schools, and six refreshment huts on the slopes. In summer, the slopes transform into hiking and e-bike trails. Entertainment is always guaranteed, thanks to the music and sports events that are regularly organized, as well as the countless pubs, discos and restaurants.
The resort is very popular among tourists since it is located in a very sunny and warm area. Its beauty and continuous renovation have led it to be known as the “Sestriere of the Cuneo area”.
