In the 15th century, the church of St Anthony was built along the north-west-south-east axis, near the hamlet of Serravalle di Chienti, on the Colfiorito plateau, between Corgneto and Acquapagana. It is free on all sides, fronted by a small churchyard paved with irregular stones and bordered on the street front by a small wall. The structure is a long, narrow, plastered parallelepiped with a gabled main front, characterised in the centre by a rectangular doorway surmounted by a rectangular window. The south-west side is marked by three rectangular windows with wooden lintels, two of which overlap and are located at the presbytery. The north-west side, also gabled, is punctuated by the presence of a rectangular window with a wooden lintel, surmounted by the bell sail with a round brick archway.
