Overview
For nearly seven decades, Bruno Albertini has been producing a wide range of local delicacies in his workshop. From fresh pasta in dozens of shapes and fillings to typical Marche products such as olives all'ascolana or cremini flavored with Meletti anisette. There is also no shortage of quality cured meats and delicatessen products, such as porchetta, always produced in the workshop.
