Veroli

Overview

Veroli is a pretty village in Ciociaria, in the province of Frosinone. Founded by the Ernici, the ancient people who inhabited these lands, it was later conquered by the Romans who made it an important centre. Walking through the narrow streets of the town, we encounter evidence of its long and glorious history: from the ancient walls built by the Ernici to the 17th-century palaces, passing through the narrow alleys of the medieval village.
