Marina of Pescara

Overview

Europe's Blue Flag for over thirty years

Located in the centre of the city, the Marina di Pescara marina is one of the largest facilities on the Adriatic coast with a capacity of 1,000 berths, on both fixed and floating docks, and has been a European Blue Flag since 1990. Dry storage, fuel and lubricant refuelling, mooring assistance and 24-hour surveillance services are offered here.

Perfectly connected to the airport, railway station and motorway, it is equipped with state-of-the-art services and facilities in an area of approximately 200,000 square metres. In the shopping area, which was opened in 1993 and has an elegant square, you can find a shopping centre with several shops and boutiques, bars, restaurants and a pizzeria. There is no shortage of nautical and sailing schools, and recreational associations. It is also possible to rent the necessary equipment for water sports on site. There are also equipped areas, accommodation facilities and a nautical club. You can also count on charter and bike rental services.

The harbour is an excellent starting point for visiting Francavilla al Mare, which marks the beginning of the famous Costa dei Trabocchi, so called because of the characteristic constructions on the water typical of Abruzzo. Alternatively, you can visit the Cerrano Marine Park or head for the Tremiti Islands.
